Police were called after the altercation.

Tony Webb, who heads security at the 1,235-acre Chateau Miraval area, said: "We took the two and tried to accompany them off the property, and the guy is just past berserk, stolen, shots up and bite one of the safety of people, breaking his finger, drawing blood and screams that he had hepatitis C. "

The freelance photographer
Luc Goursolas confirmed that erupted a bodyguard of the finger and another, but little has said he acted in self-defense.

"I threw at them, put blood on them all and told them that I had AIDS so that they can stop hitting me," he said. He and colleague Marianne Saint-Arroman wore khaki-coloured camouflage to avoid being seen in the woods. "We were not going to wear a red sweater," she said.

His lawyers have threatened legal action against the photographers or the media that publish recent photos say they were taken by paparazzi of the actor and her family to inherit.

"The family are really fed up with these people are trespassing, so we will try to obtain injunctions and use the right to do what we have to keep them off the property," said Webb .

The American magazine U.S. Weekly has argued that the twins, who were born in hospital on July 12 and whisked Miraval in the area at night, were conceived through IVF. Jolie and Pitt are currently negotiating a world record deal for the first images of the latest addition to their family and are expected to give the proceeds to charity.

In a statement to the Associated Press, Berry said she will never sell pictures of his children.

"I long to accept the fact that the choice of a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby did not make this choice, and unless and until that it is, I will do my utmost ... to keep her in the public arena, "the statement read.
