Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at 2009 Screen Actors Guild Awards






Make a much-anticipated return to the red carpet, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were in the arm to arm in 2009 Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (January 25).

The "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" co-star couple mingled with guests and posed for photos with a detailed Ang sports Max Azria dress, before making their way into the night of the ceremony.

During the evening, both Brad and Angelina are nominated for awards - The Actor and Actress outstanding, respectively.

Pitt, 45 years, was nominated for the role of Benjamin Button "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," while Angelina supply comes from its role as Christine Collins in "Changeling."

Blanchett Jokes About Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Coupling


Australian actress Cate Blanchett teases that filming with Brad Pitt was made horrible by the U.S. actor's love for Angelina Jolie.

Blanchett joked that after making "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" with Pitt, she had a clause put in her contract that will prevent the lovestruck actor from ever working with her again, The Daily Telegraph reported Friday.

"Honestly," Blanchett said, "to see how in love with Angelina he is, it was really quite disgusting. Awful, in fact. It's in my contract now: I won't ever work with him again."

Pitt and Jolie have three biological children together, as well as three adopted children.

Blanchett, 39, also joked about "Button" director David Fincher, who took on the romantic piece after enjoying success with darker fare such as "Fight Club" and "Seven."

"When one deals with an epic romance, a film like this could have easily gone into the sentimental, but given that we have got David Fincher, who is the world's greatest cynic at the helm, we were safe, Blanchett told the Telegraph.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie 2009 Golden Globe Awards




Still the main attraction wherever they go, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have ventured into the red carpet upon their arrival for the 2009 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday evening (January 11).

The "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" co-star couple expects their own fabulous, greeting fans and posing for photographers with the insistence that perfect shot.

During the evening, both Brad and
Angelina Jolie are up prices - Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively.

In the contest for best actress in a drama, Miss
Angelina Jolie (Changeling) is against Meryl Streep (Doubt), Kate Winslet (Revolutionary Road), Anne Hathaway (Rachel Getting Married) and Kristin Scott Thomas (I've Loved You So Long).

Meanwhile, Brad (Curious Case of Benjamin Button) faces against Sean Penn, Leonardo DiCaprio (Revolutionary Road), Frank Langella (Frost / Nixon) and Mickey Rourke (The Wrestler).
